DRUG TESTING OPTIONS
Clear Choice Systems Employee Screening Services can assist you or your company in selecting an appropriate type of drug testing to meet your organizational needs. We will share the pros and cons of each type of collection from urine, hair follicle, saliva, instant and breathe alcohol testing, as well as what panel (types) of drugs you wish to screen.

DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE PROGRAM
Clear Choice Systems will develop a policy and detailed procedures for your company. They will be written to meet the needs of your company and in accordance with all State and Federal regulations. Each policy document will include step-by-step consequences for "positive" drug test results and/or any policy violation.

Department of Transportation (DOT) DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING
The Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 requires drug and alcohol testing of safety-sensitive transportation employees in aviation, trucking, railroads, mass transit, pipelines and other transportation industries. DOT publishes rules (encompassed in 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 40) on who must conduct drug and alcohol tests, how to conduct those tests and what procedures to use when testing. Clear Choice Systems offers a comprehensive DOT drug & alcohol testing program including policy development, national consortium options and consulting services.

RANDOM EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING
Clear Choice Systems will randomly select (using an industry accepted computer generated random selection process) the employees for drug testing.

POST-ACCIDENT OR INJURY TESTING
The testing of an employee who is involved in an on-the-job accident (vehicle or otherwise) which may have involved human error which causes a fatality, a serious injury, or significant property damage.

LABORATORY BASED DRUG TESTING
Clear Choice Systems utilizes only U.S. Department of Health & Human Services certified laboratories. All substance abuse specimens submitted to laboratory for testing are initially tested using the enzyme immunoassay (EIA) screening technique. Initial positives are confirmed using the latest gas chromatography/mass spectrometry testing ensuring the most accurate results. This objective method is both computerized and automated to ensure reliable results and industry-leading turnaround times.

MEDICAL REVIEW OFFICER (MRO)
The role of the Medical Review Officer is to review and interpret lab results obtained through the agency's testing program. An essential element of drug testing is a mechanism for a medical review of the results. That mechanism is the Medical Review Officer (MRO).
